Valencia Club de Fútbol, ​​commonly known as Valencia CF or simply Valencia, is a Spanish professional football club based in Valencia, on the east coast of Spain. Founded on 18 March 1919, the club has a rich history and is one of the most famous and successful football teams in Spain.

Valencia CF's early years saw them compete in regional leagues, but they were quickly promoted and promoted to La Liga in the 1931–32 season. They established themselves as one of the leading clubs of Spanish football in the 1940s and 1950s, winning several Copa del Rey titles.
